Tasting Notes:
The 2007 Tous Ensemble Syrah offers wonderful complexity on the nose and palate with
well-integrated notes of black currant, black raspberry, pepper and subtle leather undertones.
Medium in body with supple chalky tannins, this wine features good structure and a nice,
long finish. Ready to drink now after a quick decant, but another year in bottle will
meld the flavors even further. This Syrah will be great to drink over the next 5 years.

2008 Tous Ensemble Pinot Noir $20.00
Tasting Notes:
Though lighter in body than our 2007 Tous Ensemble Pinot Noir, this wine still speaks of
the vibrant dark cherry, pomegranate and beet root that we've come to think of as
hallmarks for Anderson Valley. Subtle spice lays in the background to the pure red fruit flavors
that persist on the medium length finish. This wine is crafted to be enjoyed now or
in the near future.

watermelon and floral notes are pure and vibrant with a mouth-watering acidity. This wine
